Ungraded cards: condition may vary
We aim to procure standard ungraded cards in Near Mint (NM) or Lightly Played (LP) condition. This is a sourcing goal, not a condition guarantee: ungraded (non-graded) cards may come in any condition, including Moderately Played, Heavily Played, or Damaged, unless a specific condition is expressly promised in the card description.
Ungraded means a grading service has not assigned a grade to that copy. The label alone does not promise Near Mint, Lightly Played, mint condition, or any minimum grade. Wear and imperfections can vary between copies of the same card.
An ungraded card could receive any grade if professionally graded. No specific grading result is guaranteed. A catalog image identifies the card and printing, not the condition or grade of the individual copy supplied.
Descriptions, graded cards, and photographs
A catalog image identifies the card and printing. It is not a photograph or condition assessment of the individual physical copy you will receive.
A graded card is described separately by its stated grading company and grade. Its entitlement must match that description. An ungraded card is not a substitute for a specifically disclosed graded card.
Any condition or grade expressly promised in a listing, receipt, or policy applicable to an existing entitlement remains part of that entitlement. This general disclosure does not remove an earlier specific promise or rewrite a settled receipt. Counterfeit or materially misidentified cards are not acceptable.
Market estimates and condition
Market prices are reference estimates and can change. PriceCharting's ungraded price and a general TCGplayer product-market price do not provide a separate Near Mint or Lightly Played quote, and do not certify the physical condition of an individual card. We do not present these general estimates as verified NM-only, LP-only, or damaged-sales-excluded prices.
A condition-specific estimate must identify the actual condition and printing it represents. A grading-company price applies to that stated grade, not to an ungraded copy. Outside resale prices are not guaranteed, and a later price or condition assessment does not silently change an opening's recorded Gem exchange offer.
Condition concerns and unavailable cards
If a card cannot be supplied as expressly described, PackMagic must contact you to arrange an agreed resolution rather than substitute a materially different card without your agreement.
For an incorrect card, transit damage, or a mismatch with a condition or grade that was expressly promised, contact support@packmagic.app with your shipment reference and, where possible, photographs of the card and packaging. Keep the packaging while we investigate. We will arrange an appropriate remedy, which may include replacement, return, or refund. Your applicable consumer rights remain available.
